Chimie ParisTech recognizes that a chemical engineer today must be adaptable to the globalisation of their field.
Every graduate spends at least five months in a foreign country, in Europe or beyond, so as to enhance their cultural and political sensitivity.
Numerous possibilities exist : industrial internships, laboratory research projects, short university exchange programs, or double-degree programs with certain universities.
Chimie ParisTech accepts foreign students into the engineering program so as to enhance the cultural diversity of the student body. Foreign students come to Chimie ParisTech to acquire an education of reference in the area of chemistry and to experience a pedagogical method different from that of their native lands.
The College has exchange programs and double degree agreements with diverse targeted countries in Europe, America, and Asia.
Chimie ParisTech training is adapted to the ever evolving needs of the chemical industry. The focus is on the scientific discipline, however the humanities, social science and management are not neglected.
Contact with Industry
Programs are established and realized in collaboration with industrial experts.
Studies of process engineering may occur on an industrial site, with regular factory visits.
Internships in France or around the world :
13 months total of which 4 to 6 abroad (Europe, North or South America, Australia, Asia, …).
First year : 2 months in industry
Second year : 5 to 6 months in industry
Third year : 5 to 6 months final project.
All Chimie ParisTech graduates have to spend one semester abroad.
